Belt feeder and spiral feeder are both feeders, but there are still differences. Therefore, understanding the spiral feeder does not necessarily mean understanding the belt feeder. Therefore, the following is a summary of the correct operation and use of belt feeders by Anhui Yongsheng Machinery Co., Ltd., hoping to be helpful to everyone.

    一、Job requirements
1、Operators should undergo training and assessment, and after passing the assessment, they must hold a certificate before taking up their posts.
2、The operator should be familiar with the structural principles, performance, and relevant operation and safety regulations of the belt feeder, and carry out correct maintenance and troubleshooting. The operation should be carried out according to the regulations, and rough operation should be avoided to avoid damaging the machine and ensure its service life.

    二、Safety regulations
1、Do not start the feeder without clear or no signal.
2、When the feeder is undergoing empty warehouse maintenance, the gate should be closed and a warning sign should be hung in the power-off state to serve as a warning.
3、Operators should wear labor protection equipment and implement the job responsibility system and shift handover system during operation.
4、Non staff members are not allowed to operate the feeder without authorization.
5、When the feeder is running, do not touch the rotating parts with hands or objects, and there should be no people at the feeding port.

    三、Precautions for use
1、Before use, the lubrication condition of the machine and the condition of the lubricating oil should be checked. If there are any problems, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.
2、The working environment temperature of the feeder cannot exceed 40 ℃, and the surface temperature of the machine cannot exceed 70 ℃.
3、Do not adjust the speed limit screw arbitrarily to avoid damaging the parts.
4、The driving device can only be adjusted in speed when it is turned on. In addition, the driving device cannot stay at a fixed speed value for a long time. Generally, the speed should be adjusted every 500 hours.
5、The driving device should be kept clean, which is beneficial for its heat dissipation.
6、When the transmission is not used for a long time and is used again, the lubricating oil should be replaced, but it should be noted that the newly replaced lubricating oil should be free of any impurities and corrosive substances.
