On the afternoon of October 3rd, the mobilization meeting for all employees of the company to "fight for the fourth quarter" was grandly held in the conference hall on the 5th floor. More than 300 company leaders and all employees attended the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by the company's general manager Xu Chunjie, and the chairman Xu Yongsheng delivered an important speech at the meeting.

Firstly, Chairman Xu Yongsheng provided a comprehensive summary of the company's work in the first three quarters, fully acknowledging the achievements made while also pointing out the existing problems and shortcomings.

Chairman Xu Yongsheng pointed out that although we have achieved some phased results in our production and operation, with the downward trend of the belt conveyor market becoming more prominent and industry competition becoming increasingly fierce, there is still a big gap between achieving our expected goals in the first three quarters due to the impact of the market environment. To achieve our annual goals in the coming time, our task is extremely arduous.

Chairman Xu Yongsheng requested that the fourth quarter is the final sprint stage of our work throughout the year and a crucial moment that determines the outcome. All cadres and employees must maintain unity, work hard, and devote themselves to their work with more enthusiasm, more firm confidence, and more pragmatic style. With doubled efforts and hard work, they must catch up and ensure the completion of the annual work tasks.

General Manager Xu Chunjie emphasized in the end that leaders at all levels and employees should conscientiously implement the spirit of the Chairman's speech. Each department and workshop should compare the goals set at the beginning of the year, benchmark them, identify gaps, make up for shortcomings, and focus on implementation. They should work hard and spare no effort to ensure the completion of all work indicators for the year.
