In order to meet the needs of high-yield, high-efficiency, and intensive production, the conveying capacity of belt conveyors needs to be increased. Long distance, high belt speed, large capacity, and high power are the inevitable trends for future development, and also the direction for the development of high-yield and high-efficiency mine transportation technology. In the next 10 years, the conveying capacity should be increased to 3000-4000 t/h, the speed should be increased to 4-6m/s, and the conveying length for expandable belt conveyors should reach 3000m. For the steel rope core strong belt conveyor, it needs to be extended to more than 5000m, with a single machine drive power requirement of 1000-1500 kW, and a conveyor belt tensile strength of 6000 N/mm (steel rope core) and 2500 N/mm (steel rope core). In particular, with the development of underground coal mine chute extensible conveying technology, with the emergence of high-yield and efficient working face and the continuous development of coal technology, the original extensible belt conveyor, whether its main parameters or operating performance, is difficult to meet the requirements of high-yield and efficient working face. The coal mine site urgently needs a long-distance, large capacity, high-power chute extensible belt conveyor with larger main parameters, more advanced technology, and more reliable performance, to improve the design level of belt conveyor technology in China, fill the domestic gap, and approach and catch up with the technical level of international advanced industrial countries. It includes 7 key technologies:
1、Dynamic analysis and monitoring technology for belt conveyors;
2、Soft start and power balance technology;
3、Intermediate driving technology;
4、Automatic tensioning technology;
5、New High Lifespan High Speed Roller Technology;
6、Rapid self moving tail technology;
7、Efficient storage belt technology。
Improve the performance and reliability of components
The high or low startup rate of a device mainly depends on the performance and reliability of its components. In addition to further improving and enhancing the performance and reliability of existing components, it is also necessary to continuously develop and research new technologies and components, such as high-performance controllable soft start technology, dynamic analysis and monitoring technology, efficient belt storage devices, fast self moving tail, high-speed rollers, etc., to further improve the performance of belt conveyors.
Expand functions and make one machine more versatile
Expand the functions of transporting people, materials, or two-way transportation, achieve multiple uses of one machine, and maximize its economic benefits. Develop special types of belt conveyors, such as curved belt conveyors, large angle or vertical lifting conveyors, etc.
