To help new employees quickly integrate into the company team, improve their skills and work efficiency, and enter the working state as soon as possible. On August 31st, the company held a training opening ceremony for new employees' skills (car workers, welders), and invited Director Wang from the Municipal Finance Bureau and Director Xu from the Municipal Employment Bureau to come to the company for training mobilization. The training was organized by leaders of relevant departments in the city, presided over by General Manager Xu and taught by Deputy Technical General Manager Xu Zhi, which enhanced the motivation and confidence of new employees to integrate into the corporate environment.
Firstly, the General Manager of the company, Xu Chunjie, warmly welcomed the arrival of Director Wang and Director Qi, who came to the company for new employee mobilization training on weekends despite their busy schedules. He also put forward two requirements for the venue: 1. Take careful notes and take good notes; 2. Comply with classroom records.

Director Wang pointed out that this training fully reflects the care of the local government and enterprises for everyone, and wishes everyone to obtain the skill level certificates of welders and machinists as soon as possible in the later examination process.

Subsequently, Mr. Xu introduced the development history and current situation of Yongsheng Company to the new employees who participated in the training, encouraging them to establish a correct outlook on life and values, foster the concept of labor glory, handle the relationship between career and life correctly, strictly abide by various rules and regulations, strive to master professional skills, and become a responsible person for themselves, the company, and their families.

Afterwards, the company's vice president of technology, Xu Zhi, gave a comprehensive explanation to the new employees with a courseware titled "Fundamentals of Vehicle Engineering Technology". The students carefully recorded the relevant knowledge points below, laying a foundation for their later work. Finally, amidst rounds of applause, the new employee training came to a successful conclusion.
