14 belt conveyors successfully delivered for use at Zhangjiagang Shengtai General Terminal

The 14 belt conveyors for the Shengtai General Terminal project in Dongsha Operation Area, Zhangjiagang Port Area, Suzhou Port, which our company undertook as the EPC general contractor, have been fully installed and successfully tested in one go. They officially started feeding on September 10th!
Project Overview: The project is located in Dongsha Logistics Park, Nanfeng Town, Zhangjiagang City. The project plans to construct one 40000 ton general cargo berth, one 50000 ton general cargo berth, and one 50000 ton general cargo berth each. The hydraulic structures of the dock are designed to accommodate 100000 ton ships, with a designed annual throughput capacity of 9.1 million tons. The total contract amount for the belt conveyor of this project is 40.5 million yuan (excluding tape). This project will be a star project in Zhangjiagang City, and its construction and operation will meet the production and transportation needs of enterprises in the eastern region of Zhangjiagang, reducing the transportation costs of raw materials and products for enterprises in the eastern region of Zhangjiagang.
Related parameters: 14 belt conveyors with a total length of 9778m, a belt width of 1800mm, a belt speed of 3.15m/s, and a conveying capacity of 3200t/h.
