On October 14, 2013, the 7th China Small and Medium Enterprises Festival was grandly opened in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province.
This year's China Small and Medium sized Enterprise Festival is jointly hosted by the China Association of Small and Medium sized Enterprises and the Xi'an Municipal People's Government, and organized by the Xi'an Municipal Commission of Industry and Information Technology. The event has received strong support from the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government. Nearly a thousand representatives from small and medium-sized enterprise management departments, small and medium-sized enterprise associations (chambers of commerce), small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as news media from various provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country attended the conference to discuss the development of small and medium-sized enterprises under the theme of "optimizing the environment and innovating and upgrading".

The conference awarded Anhui Yongsheng Machinery Co., Ltd. the honorary title of "Top 100 Innovative Small and Medium sized Enterprises in China". Granting Xu Chunjie and five others the certificate of "High Cleanliness Belt Conveyor Dehydrator" as one of the "2013 Top 100 Innovative Enterprises/Excellent Innovation Achievements in China's Small and Medium sized Enterprises".
