At the end of the year, in order to effectively carry out the company's safety production work, the production department led a joint winter safety production inspection with the labor union and equipment power department from December 19th to 20th.
This safety inspection activity focused on the wearing of labor protection equipment, cold and warm insulation in the workshop, safety protection devices for lifting and transportation equipment, welding equipment, placement of workpieces and materials at the work site, safe use of electricity, fire-fighting equipment, and so on. In order to avoid any blind spots, the inspection team members worked together and carefully inspected each device, making detailed records. For the identified hidden dangers, some were ordered to rectify on the spot, while others were given a "hidden danger rectification notice" with a deadline for rectification; A total of 8 cranes and 21 hand-held welding machines were inspected this time. Two rectification notices were issued, and 15 hidden dangers were identified. Through this safety production inspection, the foundation of enterprise safety production has been strengthened, laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive achievement of safety production goals in 2013!
