On July 25, 2014, our newly hired employees successfully started their skills training. Our general manager accompanied Director Wang Gang of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to attend the opening ceremony.
For many years, our company has been focusing on skill training for rehired employees. On July 25th, the skills training course for newly hired employees resumed, with a total of over 100 people. This training course is divided into two parts: theory and practice, lasting for one and a half months, with a total of 360 class hours.
This training has been highly valued by the municipal human resources and social security department. Director Wang of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau attended the opening ceremony of our training course and delivered a speech. He pointed out that in the current employment situation, having one skill can lead to a good job. Yongsheng Company actively carries out training, which is conducive to improving employee skills and also to the development of government livelihood projects.
