The proposed suggestions are practical and in line with the company's development direction, which is conducive to improving the company's management level. A total of 41 rational suggestions have been put forward. At the meeting, company leaders evaluated each employee separately, affirmed their achievements, pointed out their shortcomings, and put forward hopes and requirements: further strengthen learning, comprehensively improve their own quality, adapt to the requirements of the times, continuously improve work style and methods, enhance work efficiency, and make further contributions to improving the company's competitiveness.
