Technology Center as the 24th batch of provincial recognized enterprise technology centers in Anhui Province.

Since its establishment in 2011, the company's technology center has initiated over 20 internal research and development projects, with remarkable achievements in independent innovation. Our independently developed products include YS-BZ long-distance flat turning belt conveyor, YS-BL wavy edge fabric conveyor, etc. We have developed a batch of supporting products to solve the problems of unloading, cleaning, and environmental protection in bulk material conveying systems. Among them, the high cleanliness belt conveyor unloader/wiper effectively solves the problem of fixed-point unloading in the middle of the belt conveyor, reducing material loss and pollution; The development of adjustable constant pressure high cleanliness sweepers and roller brush sweepers makes reasonable use of the high wear resistance and other properties of special materials such as polyurethane. They are applied to the entire belt conveyor, reducing the wear of the conveyor belt while improving the cleanliness of cleaning. The service life is increased by more than three times. The constant pressure mechanism is used to maintain the best effect of the scraper, and maintenance is simple; From the perspective of environmental protection and occupational safety, the company has developed an adjustable open double sealed guide chute, which shields the dust pollution caused by falling materials through a double-layer sealing structure, solving the problems of dust pollution and material leakage during the transfer process of belt conveyors, and making it easy to adjust the material flow. In order to adapt to the development needs of the bulk material conveying field and meet the long-distance conveying requirements of customers, the company continuously innovates and upgrades in long-distance curved belt conveyors and circular tube belt conveyors, and the related technologies have taken a leading position in China. The company has successively cooperated with scientific research institutions, universities, and enterprises, achieving good results.
