On December 23, 2015, the third meeting of the second council of Anhui Small and Medium Enterprises Association was held in Hefei. Mr. Xu Yongsheng, Vice President of the Second Council of the Provincial Association of Small and Medium sized Enterprises and Chairman of Anhui Yongsheng Machinery Co., Ltd., attended the meeting and received the "2015 China SME Innovation Award" from Yongsheng Company.
The theme of this conference is: Based on a new starting point, planning for a new leap forward.
Director Niu Niutao of the Provincial Economic and Information Commission attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. He pointed out that although small and medium-sized enterprises are currently facing the "four major difficulties" of increasingly tight funding chains, higher costs, thinner profits, and weaker markets, they still have great contributions, achievements, and potential in the long run. He also stated that in the new normal, companies need to constantly seek new driving forces for development: innovation, upgrading, and restructuring.
The conference reviewed the work of the association in the past three years and made prospects for the future work arrangements of the association. The meeting emphasized the importance of leveraging advantages, comprehensively analyzing the development stages and paths of Anhui, and proposing targeted countermeasures; We should combine reality, broaden our thinking, open up new paths, hold different forms of activities, expand the influence of the association in society, strengthen the cohesion among members, and build the association into a "think tank" and "think tank" for management departments at all levels.The meeting elected Qian Li, the general manager of Provincial Credit Guarantee Group Co., Ltd., as the new president.
