From February 18th to 25th, 2016, the company conducted employee job reporting by department and workshop. Each cadre and employee, based on their job responsibilities, focuses on identifying existing problems and their corrective measures, and puts forward opinions and suggestions for further promoting the company's development. Company leaders conduct on-site evaluations.In response to job reporting and employee feedback, the company will focus on producing three articles in 2016.
