Buried scraper conveyor is a kind of continuous conveying equipment which conveys powder, small granule, small block and other bulk materials with the help of moving scraper chain in the closed rectangular section shell. Because when conveying materials, the scraper chain is buried in the material, so it is called “buried scraper conveyor”.
Buried scraper conveyor has simple structure, light weight, small volume, good airtightness, and convenient installation and maintenance. It can not only horizontal transportation, but also inclined and vertical conveying; not only single conveyor, and can be combined arrangement, tandem conveying; can be multi-point feeding, can also be multi-point unloading, process arrangement is more flexible. As the shell is closed, it can significantly improve the working conditions and prevent environmental pollution when conveying materials. The model produced by our company is universal buried scraper conveyor, which can be widely used in chemical industry, metallurgy, light industry, grain, medicine, electric power and other departments.
