DTII/DTII (A) fixed belt conveyor

DT II, DT II (A) type fixed belt conveyor is a universal series of products of unified design in China, its main parameters and performance are in line with ISO international standards, widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, electric power, building materials, chemical industry, petroleum and other industries and departments. It can be used to transport materials by single or multiple machines, and can transport all kinds of bulk materials and pieces of materials with a density of 500～2500kg/m3.

Uses and Scope of Application

This series of conveyor can meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined conveying, and can also be used in the form of conveying with the combination of convex arc, concave arc section and straight line section. The permissible lumpiness of materials conveyed by the conveyor depends on the bandwidth, trough angle and inclination angle. Various bandwidths are applicable to the maximum lumpiness, the series recommends the selection according to the following table.

Product specifications and main parameters

The belt speed range of this series is 0.8-6.5m/s, of which the common value is 0.8-5.0m/s. The belt speed, belt width and matching capacity are shown in the table.

1, (Note: 1. Conveying capacity is calculated according to horizontal transportation, dynamic stacking angle is 20 °, roller groove angle is 35 °.)

2. The belt speed of 4.5m/s and 5.6m/s in the table are non-standard values, and are generally not recommended for selection.)
