Uses and Scope of Application
YS-BZ long distance curve belt conveyor is a specially designed product of DTII, DTII(A) type fixed belt conveyor under specific conditions. Usually the belt conveyor must be laid in a straight line along the plane direction, otherwise it will run off and can't be operated.YS-BZ long-distance curved belt conveyor adopts the curved running line to bypass the obstacles or unfavorable sections, canceling the intermediate transfer station to make the power supply and control of the system more centralized, reducing the power consumption and dust pollution in the middle of the transferring materials, and making it more convenient for the maintenance and operation of the equipments. With its unique advantages, it is gradually used in mining off-road, ports, coal mines and other industries, and is suitable for long-distance transportation of all kinds of bulk materials and pieces of goods.
Structure and main features
Long-distance curved belt conveyor is based on theoretical calculation and adopts specially designed local parts to realize the plane or space turn of the belt conveyor, basically following the parts of the ordinary belt conveyor, the main technical parameters are comparable with those of the ordinary belt conveyor, and the rest of the structure is basically the same as that of the ordinary belt conveyor except for the turning part. The cross-country part of the conveyor adopts the whole truss or split truss structure, which is generally higher than 3 meters above the ground, or can be directly arranged on the ground, and according to the actual process parameters, it can choose the maintenance aisle or maintenance trolley.

Product specifications and main parameters
The main parameters of long-distance curved belt conveyor are the same with DTII and DTII(A), which can be selected according to their consideration. The curve section of long-distance curved belt conveyor is naturally guided, and the centripetal force of conveyor belt is balanced by the special design of the structure of the curve section roller group. When designing the whole machine, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the parameters such as the arrangement type of the whole machine, the conveying capacity, the material characteristics, the turning angle, the driving type, the acceleration of starting and braking and so on, and then calculate the turning radius, and the limitations of the turning radius include the balance of the tension at the bending place, the internal stress limit of the belt, and the fluttering belt on the outer rollers. Turning radius limitations include tension balance at the bend, conveyor belt internal stress limitations, conveyor belt fluttering on the outer rollers, etc., and then consider the structure of the roller group, arrangement type, etc. Therefore, the design of this type of belt conveyor should be carried out according to the specific requirements of the project.
