Product Details

DSJ series retractable belt conveyor is mainly used for the transportation in the down channel of the comprehensive mining, high-grade general mining or mechanized working face in the coal mine, and also can be used for the transportation in the roadway or digging transportation. The tail of the machine can be quickly advanced or moved back with the need, thus changing the conveying distance of the whole machine, so it can also be used in other mines and port terminals and other occasions where the distance changes greatly for material transportation.

Compact structure of the whole machine, generally do not need to set up the foundation, the intermediate frame and H bracket do not use bolts, but use “E” shaped pins or elastic pin connection, the configuration of the hook roller group or “E” shaped pin connection, laying and installation and dismantling simple and convenient. The motor, reducer, coupling, brake, tape, electric control, etc. are all with explosion-proof or flame-retardant performance, which is suitable for coal dust or explosive gas environment, and the whole machine is also equipped with intelligent integrated protection device, which makes its operation safe and reliable. The whole machine is designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with MT820-2006 “Belt Conveyor for Coal Mines Technical Conditions”.
