TD75 general-purpose fixed belt conveyor (abbreviated as TD75) is widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, building materials, mining, chemical industry, port and other industries and departments for conveying bulk materials or pieces of goods because of its large conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost and strong versatility. Uses and Scope of Application

The temperature of materials conveyed by TD75 belt conveyor is below 50℃. The ambient temperature is between +40℃ and -25℃. If corresponding protective measures are taken, it can also be used in explosion-proof, water-proof, corrosion-proof, heat-resistant, cold-resistant and other special requirements.

Technical characteristics and main parameters

● The capacity of materials conveyed by TD75 belt conveyor is less than 2.5T/m³.

● The series can be divided into six specifications according to the bandwidth: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400mm.

● According to the belt speed can be divided into: 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.15, 4.0m/s and so on eight kinds.

● The conveying capacity in the table is calculated under the conditions of material capacity y=1.0t/m³, conveyor inclination angle 0°~7°, and material dynamic accumulation angle of 30°.
