DTL Universal Fixed Belt Conveyor

DTL series mining fixed belt conveyor is mainly used for material transportation in centralized transportation road, main inclined shaft lifting, open-cast coal mine and surface system in coal mine. It can be arranged horizontally, inclined and concave-convex arc, and can realize bending in the horizontal direction, generally using the inclination angle of -16°～+18°.

Product Details

The structure of the whole machine is simple, firm and reliable. In order to meet the convenience of underground transportation and maintenance, all the larger components adopt detachable structure. The drive mode is diversified, either multi-motor centralized drive or decentralized multi-point drive, and it can realize many functions such as soft start, power balance and automatic adjustment of conveyor belt tension. The supporting motor, reducer, coupling, brake, tape, electric control, etc. are all with explosion-proof or flame-retardant performance, suitable for coal dust or explosive gas environment, the whole machine is also set up with intelligent integrated protection devices, so that its operation is safe and reliable. The whole machine is designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with MT820-2006 “Belt Conveyor for Coal Mines Technical Conditions”.
