Product Details

In order to meet the conveying requirements of -16°～+18° of the actual process arrangement, the series improvement of DTL type mining fixed belt conveyor, the use of deep grooved rollers, increase the anti-roll device and other measures, so that the conveyor can reach the maximum inclination angle of -25°～+28° when the conveyor adopts the ordinary glossy conveyor belt, and -27°～+32° when the patterned belt is used. When applied to mine transportation, it greatly reduces the mining volume of the roadway, saves a lot of infrastructure investment, and accelerates the engineering progress of the roadway development; if applied to the ground material conveying, it can reduce the floor space and save infrastructure investment.

A large number of components of the whole machine are common to DTL series mining fixed belt conveyor, which reduces the variety and quantity of spare parts of users. Simple and solid structure, reliable performance, in order to meet the convenience of underground transportation and maintenance, all the larger components adopt detachable structure. Various driving methods are available, either multi-motor centralized drive or decentralized multi-point drive, and many functions such as soft start, power balance and automatic adjustment of conveyor belt tension can be realized. The motor, reducer, coupling, brake, tape, electric control, etc. are all explosion-proof or flame-retardant, which are suitable for the environment of coal dust or explosive gas, and the whole machine is also equipped with intelligent comprehensive protection device, strict monitoring system and reliable protection facilities, which can prevent serious accidents such as flying car and rolling material. The whole machine is designed, manufactured and inspected according to MT820-2006 “Belt Conveyor for Coal Mining Technical Conditions”.
