Product Details

Round tube belt conveyor (hereinafter referred to as tube belt conveyor) main composition and transmission principle is the same as the ordinary belt conveyor, also is the use of conveyor belt as the bearing parts, relying on the friction drive operation of a continuous conveying equipment. The difference with ordinary belt conveyor is that the body part of pipe belt machine adopts specially designed polygonal rollers to make the conveyor belt forced to roll into a round tube, the material runs in the round tube inside the airtight, and gradually transitions to flatten in the head and the tail.

Pipe belt machine can be widely used in coal, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, grain, light industry, port, building materials, transportation and other industries. The conveyor system is composed of single or multiple machines, conveying all kinds of powdery, granular and lumpy materials whose bulk density is generally less than 2500kg/m³. It is especially suitable for the process which has complicated terrain conditions, crosses the buildings or streets, and requires closed conveying. The permissible working temperature is -25～+40℃ when ordinary tubular conveying is used. For special conditions of use such as cold resistance, heat resistance, anticorrosive, explosion-proof, flame retardant, etc., it can be used to meet the requirements by changing the selection of the corresponding components.
