This series of large inclination angle flanged belt conveyor has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and convenient maintenance of general belt conveyor, and also has the characteristics of large inclination angle conveying, compact structure and small area, so it is the ideal equipment for large inclination angle conveying and vertical lifting of materials, and the inclination angle of the arrangement applies to 30~90°. In addition, our company combined with years of design and production experience, for the tape return easy to run off and wear and tear of the problem, designed their own compound return under the rollers, and patented, its advantage is to ensure the return of the tape running smoothly, prolonging the service life.

DJF type

When the inclination angle of the arrangement is large, for example, when it reaches 90°, due to the limitations of the spacing of the partition boards and the dynamic accumulation angle of the materials, the conveying capacity of the ordinary large inclination belt conveyor is much smaller than that of the ordinary belt conveyor with the same bandwidth. Our company synthesizes the advanced experience at home and abroad, on the basis of which we have developed the large inclination belt conveyor with covering belt, which has covering tape throughout the inclined or vertical section, so that the space between the skirt of the main conveyor belt and the partition board can be filled with materials, so that the performance of the conveyor can be perfectly played. Therefore, under the same process conditions, the choice of large inclined angle with covering belt will be one or two grades smaller than the ordinary large inclined angle belt width, reducing the space occupied by the equipment and improving the utilization rate.
