N-TGD type high efficiency steel wire rope core belt bucket elevator adopts high strength special steel wire rope core belt as traction member, overcoming the dynamic load generated by chain and sprocket meshing drive, lighter and smoother than chain lifting, and it can achieve higher productivity with faster running speed. Under the same production conditions, the belt, because of its high working speed and its own weight is light, it can make the material line load and the line load of the hauling member smaller, thus reducing the size and weight of the whole machine. Under the same production conditions, because of its high working speed and light weight, the tape can make the material line load and the line load of traction components smaller, thus reducing the size and weight of the whole machine. Adoption of high strength steel wire rope core belt makes the lifting height and conveying capacity of the hoist increase greatly. The driving parts are equipped with slow-speed service motors and backstops, the middle part adopts double-channel structure, the lower part adopts automatic tensioning, and the tail drum with special structure ensures the automatic centering of the tape. The whole machine is equipped with safety protection devices such as run-off alarm, speed monitoring, material level alarm, etc. to realize automatic monitoring of the condition of the equipment in operation.
